Here are some new stunning photographs of my favourite fitness model of all time, the gorgeous Brock Yurich by the amazing Jorge Freire taken from his FIGHT CLUB MIAMI series.

Brock has been working very hard these past few weeks to achieve the physique he is showing off on these pics. He has gained size and lean muscles. And it shows! His hard work and dedication have really paid off! The result is totally awesome!

Hunky fitness model and trainer Bryan Patrick is from Sacramento, CA, USA.

He was born on 13^th March 1985.

Bryan is fairly new in fitness modelling and he is featured in NorCalbodz. Check him out there. Links at the bottom of the post.

He has an amazing muscular physique combine with very boyish looks – a winning combo as far as I am concerned!

He is a very dedicated and hard working person. Being a former collegiate athlete, he feels as though he understands the sacrifices and commitment that it takes to excel in whatever he is doing.

Bryan believes that nothing in life comes easy and therefore you must be strong-willed, focused and confident in yourself!

Bryan thinks that above all else it is important to maintain a humble, yet competitive attitude to reach the goals you set in life. One of his many goals is to step a foot in to the modelling industry and to become a highly respected model.

Bryan is currently completing a master’s degree while training athletes at a local gym.
Being a healthy and fit individual is more than something he does for fun, it is a lifestyle. Although he is easy going outside of the weight room, he is pretty intense while training.

His favourite saying is “The work praises the man”. It is an Irish Proverb Bryan lives his life by; it reminds him that everything worth getting in life takes work.
