Welcome to Stunning Men Lee and many thanks for taking the time to do the interview.
Your more than welcome, the pleasure is all mine.

Could we start off with talking a little about yourself and your background? You live in Loughborough, England, right?
Yep, that’s right, I have lived here for nearly 7 years, due to my father’s job, I have travelled around the world, from Germany to Brunei in Malaysia. I have always been an active child and participated in all sorts of sports. I've always been a competitive individual and striven for success.

You have a stunning physique. What kind of exercises do you do? Do you practise any sports?
Thanks! (smiles) My main focus is callisthenics; this is an upper body style exercise which mainly focuses on building upper body fast twitch fibres. I competed at a reasonable level of basketball but due to injuries I unfortunately was forced to quit.

What is your best lift at the gym?
As stated earlier, I mainly focus on bodyweight callisthenics, however, I am proud of my 145k bench press!

How do you keep motivated?
I always have my idols which keep me motivated, Greg Plitt and Rob Riches help me an awful lot ... by watching these athletes train, I keep up to date on training methods. Also my iPod gets me pumping! (smiles)

How do you fit bodybuilding and fitness into your life? Is it a difficult thing to achieve?
Through working at Loughborough University, I am surrounded by sport and fitness, therefore I am pressured into looking my best (Laughs). I currently work shifts so I am made to train around my work schedule which can be a little hard at times but I have no other option!

How do you approach a challenge?
Whatever challenge approaches me, I hit it head on until I can do it! I will not let any challenge defeat me!

What do you eat in a normal day?
I have a very strict seafood diet ... basically, I see food and eat it!!!

Do you allow yourself a cheat day? If so, what is your guilty pleasure?
Nachos covered in LOTS AND LOTS of different cheeses is my guilty pleasure.

How did you get into modelling? Is it something you always wanted to do?
I have always looked upon other models as an inspiration but honestly could never see myself doing it ... my girlfriend helped push me in the right direction and it basically took off from there, I still look at other models for inspiration.

What do you enjoy the most about modelling?
I have always posed and pouted in front of the camera and never hesitated to take my top off ... It is now my profession and much more fun than any other job! (Lee gives us a huge smile)

What advice would you give a new model?
Chose your jobs wisely and take your time. In terms of a portfolio, it is quality over quantity, so always pick the best photographers.

What do you do in your down time?
I’m very keen on socialising and meeting up with friends. I still take part in basketball when injuries permit (laughs). Going out for meals with the Mrs and seeing the family (smiles).

Do you have any role models? People who inspire you?
Greg Plitt, Rob Riches and Matt Ogus.

Now a few quick fun questions if you are game? Do you think you are a good date?
Honestly, I haven’t really dated; I had a patch of being ''naughty'' but I then found my girl. She says I am, but I'm sure others will disagree (Lee winks and smiles).

Are you a brief man or a boxer kinda guy?
Boxers, until I am asked to do a shoot (Laughs).

What do you listen to on your iPod?
When training, I have a large variety of drum and base,
dubstep and trance. When at home chilling, I like listening to acoustic covers!

What kind of movies do you like?
Horror, although I haven't seen a good one in a long time unfortunately!

What three words describe you best?
Competitive, outgoing, ambitious

One last question Lee, where do you see yourself and what would you like to be doing in 10 years time?
In 10 years time I would love to be a full time model in the peak of my career and in the best shape of my life. I would love to make magazine cover model. I am constantly aiming to progress so watch this space!

Lee, it was great to do this interview with you! Thank you for your time and for being a good sport. All the best for the future!
Thanks very much, glad to help!
